Provides a nutrient base for luxuriant growth of most fungi. To prepare media, add 20g of Potato Dextrose Agar to 500 ml of distilled water. The media will not be sterile until autoclaved prior to use. Dehydrated Culture Media. Certificate of Analysis available upon request. Our dehydrated bacteriological media are the finest quality available. They are convenient to use, uniform in composition, and stable to spoilageFor cultivation of yeast and mold. 80 grams – Fills up to 80 petri dishes. A favorite among mushrooms growers!
