This multi-purpose digital thermometer has a variety of uses: from science labs to heating & ventilation, from measuring food temperatures while cooking indoors to outdoor bar-b-ques. This unit is capable of measuring a wide range of temperatures, from -50°C to +300°C (-58°F to +572°F).

Unit measures 4 x 2.5 x 0.75 inches. External probe is 8 inches long and is attached to the unit via a 36 inch cord (cord stores inside unit when not in use).

Accuracy of +/-1°C for temperatures up to 200°C.
