It is easily controlled via an intuitive touch screen display. The built-in printer and data saving capability streamline workflow and promote seamless data management. The model comes with Audit Trail function, User Access Control, has USB port for Data transfer, and can be connected with external keyboard/mouse, and scanner.

Osmometer measures the total osmolality of any aqueous solution, using Freezing Point Depression method.Osmolality of a solution is the number (or amount of substance) of the osmotically active particles (eg. Salt ions, urea, proteins) present per kilogram of solvent (water). The freezing point of a solvent is depressed by adding solute or mixable substances. Whereas water has a freezing point of 0°C, an aqueous solution with an osmotically active particle concentration of 1 Osm/kg has a freezing point of -1.858°C.
